This data is handled according to google’s terms, found here http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html
We also collect data from visitors through our contact forms. This data is collected voluntarily, through secured (SSL) forms, and stored in our secure database. We use this information to respond to our visitors, as well as to target our visitors for ads, emails, and general marketing. Using our contact forms is an automatic “subscribe” to our general marketing systems.
If at any time you would like to have your data erased from our site, please contact Chuck[email protected] and it will immediately be expunged.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
