Additional Billable
Any work requested, revisions, etc, outside of the allotted revisions, or pre-defined scope of work, is considered additional billable time.
It is not considered a problem. We’re happy to oblige and provide web-based solutions.
Our billable hourly rate is $200, with 15-minute minimums.
If additional billable hours are expected to be over 5, then we require a $500 minimum deposit, or half, whichever is greater.

How it Works
Let’s start off by looking at the steps we’ll be taking to get your project from start to finish.
Communicating Effectively
During your project, communication will be key, with scheduled regular meetings with key personnel.
Limitations
Technology & Hosting Platform
Most website hosting plans offer a low cost, low bandwidth, low security, low technology product.
We differ. We utilize multiple P1 setups with WPEngine, which interfaces with AWS, through an advanced system using a proprietary caching system for faster pagespeed, a staging system for offline changes and approvals, 24/7 tech support for server-side issues, and much, much more.
Our high-tech solution is your high-tech solution.
While we don’t charge an arbitrary fee for “hosting”, we do require a server maintenance fee, as your website (“install”) is monitored and updated routinely for security purposes. Also, as your custom solution needs may require additional costs, we pass those on at the same time. See Project Agreement tab.
| PACKAGE | 714Web 1 (Basic Server Maintenance) |
| STORAGE | We use Amazon S3 Buckets for high-volume, encrypted storage space for all your data |
| BANDWIDTH | 50,000 monthly visitors is the ceiling of your package and price point |
Help & Education
We want you to get the most out of your website. For this to happen, you must be asking questions and continually learning. We offer an assortment of different training, education, and support products and agreements.
Our Ticketing System called “DESK”
We use a support ticket system for communication and change requests for your website after launch. Simply email your change request to “[email protected]” and a ticket will be created. The first time you do this, you’ll receive a reply and an option to create an account with “DESK”. This is OPTIONAL. If you do create an account, you can log into our client portal and create tickets directly from there, observe your ticket status and progress, and adjust or edit your tickets.
This is a free service provided by 714Web in order to make account and website management clear and simple.
Project Agreement
| Deliverable | $Amount | Due Date |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 – Setup | 2000 (does not include ad spend) | Today |
