Custom Pools of Lubbock

New Custom AEO Optimized Redesigned Website

Here’s The Old Way Of Building Websites

  • 15 minute call to determine color and style choices.
  • Wireframes and mockups are sent to client for approval.
  • Client approves, (not sure what he or she is actually approving) and the website is built.
  • Client doesn’t see how the website is going to accomplish his or her needs, achieve goals, or eliminate problems.
  • Client rejects website.
  • 30 minute phone call to impose revision limit on client, and reinforce timelines according to the contract.
  • Client accepts modified version of website that does not match his or her expected outcome, nor does the website help accomplish goals or reduce problems.

The Results?

Time wasted. Money wasted.

Sound familiar? That’s how most agencies do business. It doesn’t work.

Nobody wins.

Here’s The Maverick System Process

  • 15 minute call to invite client into a series of discovery meetings to determine wants, needs, goals, problems, expected outcomes.
  • MAVERICK System (a series of discovery meetings asking specific questions) is used to create a blueprint.
  • Blueprint is defined, reviewed and presented back to client in the form of a “Solution Presentation”.
  • Client modifies Solution to fit perfectly with his/her business goals.
  • Modified Solution is inserted into a prepared proposal, which is presented in person or on a video call, with projected investment costs, information about the team that will be working on the project, information about the company and it’s processes and procedures, and information about the next steps, along with a contract.
  • Questions are answered, dates and timelines are scheduled, and next steps are planned out.
  • The website goes into production, and our team guides the client through each step.
  • The outcome is a website that is expected, designed to achieve specific predetermined goals, create opportunities, and eliminate problems.
  • The project is done at a significantly lower than expected cost, and a much shorter than expected time frame, and the client is pleased.

The Results?

Everybody wins.

We save our clients anywhere from 30% to 50% on project costs by defining the details up front with their input and feedback.

No more “Unknown Unknowns” • No more wasted time • No more wasted money

Instead, you have the custom website you need to help you achieve your goals, eliminate problems, and create the opportunities you need for your business. And we have happy designers, developers, account managers, and support team members on our end.

How it Works

Let’s start off by looking at the steps we’ll be taking to get your project from start to finish.

  1. Discovery â€“ through a process of interviews and meetings we’ll gather all the information we need to have the best understanding of your business and goals. Once this occurs, we can move forward with designing and developing your site.
  2. Architecture â€“ just like a building, a website needs a solid blueprint. Together we’ll determine the best way to organize your website and sketch out a rough outline, through mockups and references to similar concepts online.
  3. Content â€“ with a solid blueprint in place it will be our job to collect, organize, edit, and deliver content for each page of the website, to the developer, with your approval.
  4. Design â€“ at the same time you are working on approving content, our team will be creating non-functioning comprehensive layouts showing design concepts.
  5. Development â€“ with all the necessary architecture, content, and design elements in hand we’ll create the first working version of your website. This step comes after your approval on previous steps.
  6. Launch â€“ getting your website “go live” ready will inevitably require several rounds of revisions and polish. This is where the second round of revisions comes in.  Once the website is ready, we’ll go through the final launch checklist.
  7. Warranty â€“ your site is now live!  Over the next several weeks our team will be training you on how to manage the website and helping you solve any issues. Any bugs you or us find, we’ll fix right away. The “90-day warranty” actually only has an expiration date because the site is potentially going to be added to by 3rd parties, which may or may not be vetted by or supervised by us. Technically, if you find an issue in a year, and it’s obvious to both of us that it was a mistake we made, we’ll fix it for free.

Communicating Effectively

During your project, communication will be key, with scheduled regular meetings with key personnel.

  • Weekly meetings with launch manager
  • Timelines applied to goals to make sure we’re on track
  • Feedback surveys
  • Requires client info provided for price leadgen tool

Limitations

  • 24-48 hours turnaround or response time on communications, requests, revisions, etc
  • Websites/Code/Browsers have limitations. If a situation is beyond our control, we can’t be held liable. Out-of-date versions of browsers, used by potential clients, may show a different version of your website than what we made. These situations are rare, but they do happen, and this would fall under “beyond our control”.
  • Dealing with 3rd party integrations such as an external CRM, can be a liability, if the connection is unstable, and leads are not guaranteed to always go into the CRM by default. We will test, and work with your team to create the most stable connection possible, but at times, connections can be undone from the CRM side, without our knowledge, and without our permission.
  • These are types of situations that are beyond our control, and while we’re experienced with many of these situations, there are plenty more we may not have yet experienced. Thank you in advance for your patience as we proceed together.

Technology & Hosting Platform

Most website hosting plans offer a low cost, low bandwidth, low security, low technology product.

We differ. Our server setup boasts incredible page speed, high rate uptime across North America, and first response security overlays, preventing anything that might lead to slow downs or server maintenance issues.

Our high-tech solution is your high-tech solution.

While we don’t charge an arbitrary fee for “hosting”, we do require a server maintenance fee, as your website (“install”) is monitored and updated routinely for security purposes. Also, as your custom solution needs may require additional costs, we pass those on at the same time. See Project Agreement tab.

Help & Education

We want you to get the most out of your website. For this to happen, you must be asking questions and continually learning. We offer an assortment of different training, education, and support products and agreements.

Our Ticketing System called “DESK”

This is a free service provided by 714Web in order to make account and website management clear and simple.
