714WEB is a digital marketing agency with a focus on custom web design with a passion to serve clients and create and implement the highest quality marketing products in the industry.
We are seeking a committed individual to grow with us in the key position of managing our significant portfolio of clients.
We serve over 100 clients across the US by providing the highest quality websites and digital marketing services. Our business model is based on website sales that generate revenue through the initial sale and ongoing maintenance, as well as recurring digital marketing services. Therefore, strong, long term relationships are vital to our success. This makes the account manager a critical position, and we are looking for an individual to grow with us.

-Manage the day to day change requests from clients using TeamWork Desk and TeamWork Projects and follow up with client when completed
-Communicates with clients to update them on progress of their projects via telephone/text/email
-Organize billing for each client and submit to bookkeeper
-Manages and oversees the development, design and billing of client accounts to include
-Small website changes (turn-around time within 24/48 hours)
-Small/medium or large projects on existing websites
-New website projects
-Digital marketing tools (HubSpot, HotJar, MailChimp, Stripe, Zapier, CallRail)
-Social media advertising (Enterprise level Facebook ads)
-Click to call/phone ads
This is a work from home position, requiring approximately 20 hours a week, but possibly more some weeks. Monday-Friday, weekends off. Alternating morning and afternoon work throughout the week. Minimum four hour per day commitment, five days a week. Pay according to experience. Job will likely move to 30-40 hours a week within 3-6 months.
-At least two years of account management (any industry)
-Reliable cell phone and high-speed internet connection for Zoom calls
-Based in the United States
-Ability to communicate clearly and successfully with non-tech savvy clients and left brain-oriented developers
-Must be able to attend weekly team meetings and daily check ins
-Ability to manage virtual assistants independently
-Looking for individual that is willing to grow with company (we promote from within)
-Working knowledge of TeamWork products/desk or equivalent online project management system
-Working knowledge of marketing agency account management systems and processes
-Any sales background (this is not a sales position, but knowledge of sales is helpful)
-Basic working knowledge of WordPress (able to make small changes)
-Experience with large scale web development solutions
-Familiarity with real estate companies is highly desired (this is our niche)
-Continued education through various programs (marketing/account management/new programs as it relates to position, paid for by 714WEB)
